Quick Turn Reception Reel. From “I do” to tonight's Wow!

Your morning ceremony deserves an encore. Our Quick Turn Reception Reel turns your ceremony footage into an edited reel for your evening reception, while the happy tears are still fresh.

An optional $295 video kit add-on

The Quick Turn Reception Reel is available only with a Wedding Wow! video kit rental. It cannot be purchased separately. It is a different deliverable from the Wedding Highlight Movie with length based on your kit and 60–90-second social reel included in every kit.

Morning: your people capture the ceremony

Choose one person to record the key ceremony moments and another to handle the footage transfer. A steady camera view and clear audio give the editor a stronger starting point. Agree on the must-have moments before the day begins.

Between: the footage handoff and edit

Before you book, we agree on your upload method, footage deadline with time zone, and editing window. Copy the original files and keep the originals safe. Large clips take time to transfer; test the upload process and the internet connection you plan to use before the wedding day. The schedule needs enough time for filming, uploading, editing, delivery, and a playback check.

Evening: the reception replay

Confirm the reception venue's monitor or projector, playback device, sound setup, and the person who will run the reel. A finished file still needs a working playback system. Ask the venue to test the agreed format before guests gather.

Is it right for your wedding?

This option is designed around a morning ceremony and an evening reception. Timing, footage handoff, and venue playback must be confirmed in advance. Ask us about your schedule before booking; same-day editing is subject to availability and the agreed process.

Your full Wedding Highlight Movie follows its own timeline

The same-day reception reel lets guests relive the ceremony that evening. Your full Wedding Highlight Movie uses the footage your people capture throughout the celebration and is delivered within 4 weeks after we receive your returned kit. Your included social media video is delivered within 3 weeks from that same receipt date.
